 image002.jpgIt  applies to the dual line concentrated lubricating system with PN of 20MPa as a  unit of calculating grease feeding. For the acting force of pressure produced  by alternate grease supply by two main supply pipelines, it is pushed by the  pressure to feed grease to piston and completes the function of quantitatively  distributing grease to each lubricating point.
 The outlet of SDPQ-L  series unidirectional grease discharge distributor is at the bottom. In both  forward and adverse working of piston, grease is discharged from the same one  outlet. Every time of system working, grease is discharged once from each  grease outlet.
 The outlet of SSPQ-L  series dual directional grease discharge distributor is at the font and bottom.  In both forward and adverse working of piston, grease is discharged from the  outlet at the font and bottom respectively.   Compared with type SDPQ distributor, the number of outlets increases  several fold. The screw plug with prefabricated bottom outlet and font outlet  under the outlet at the right side of the front surface are united to the screw  plug with one outlet which is easy to be modified to be odd for grease  discharge, making the use of system piping easier. SSPQ-L2, SSPQ-L3 and SSPQ-L4  distributors have the same external appearance and installing dimension with  the same number of outlets, which is for the convenience of altering and  replacing models.
 The working condition  of grease feeder can be observed from the movement of indicating rod directly,  and the grease feeding volume at each outlet can be adjusted conveniently  through adjusting screws within the specified range.

Use  grease with minimum cone penetration 265(25℃,150g) 1/10mm (NLGI0#~1#) or lubricating  oil with minimum viscosity grade N68. Working environment temperature is -10~80℃. These can  work by 10MPa pressure when use lubricating oil.

. Descriptions of model

 . Working principle

  There are two outlets on dual like distributor which are connected to 5a and 5b grease supply pipeline. When one is supplied with grease by lubricating pump, the other one will be opened to grease conservator.
 Shown as in the above figure, the lubricating grease pressed and delivered by pump is delivered to distributor 4 though 5a pipeline, and enters pilot piston 4a to pressurize, which presses pilot piston 4a down, when the lower part is connected to pipeline 5a for unloading. As pilot piston 4a moves down, the main piston 4b is connected to the upper chamber of pilot piston and the lower chamber of main piston is connected to grease outlet. The delivered lubricating grease enters the upper chamber of main piston, which pushes main piston to move down and presses the lubricating grease in its lower chamber to each lubricating point through feeding pipeline 6. Then the first cycle of grease feeding is completed.
 Switch to grease supply pipeline 5b to supply grease and the second cycle of grease feeding starts. Distributor piston does the aforementioned work adversely in the same sequence.
 Each grease outlet of distributor is determined by the diameter and travel of main piston 4b.  Travel of main piston 4b can be modified by adjusting the screw 7 so as to realize the volume adjustment within specified range.
 

. Use instruction

1. Specified media should be used in specified environment.

2. The two outlets of grease feeder are connected to two main pipelines respectively whose two sides are connected.  A screw plug should be used to plug a side of grease inlet if not used. The non-used outlets should also be plugged by a screw plug (SDPQ series).

3. image012.jpgDust cover should be added when the feeder is used in wet and severe environment with much dust.

4. In order to adjust grease feeding volume, first loosen the tightened screw (11) on the restrictor (10) and then adjust the screw.  Grease feeding volume can be adjusted within the range of max and min feeding volume based on actual needs of lubricating points. The adjustment work should be done when the indicating rod (12) retracts. Tighten the screw after adjustment is completed.

5. When the number of lubricating points is odd, loosen screw plug (8) and plug grease inlet (3), so that outlet (3) and (4) are connected. Grease is discharged from outlet (4) both in forward and adverse working of piston.

6. Parallel installation method is employed preferentially in the system of grease feeder. The pipeline and distributor can be connected either at the left side or the right side; in the next place it is to employ series installation method and the number of feeders in series should not be more than three. Series and parallel group installation can also be employed in specific situation.

7. The surface contacting the feeder should be smooth and flat. It is not suggested to over tighten the installed screw bolt to avoid severe deformation which may influence normal working.

8. The screw plugs at the two sides of feeder piston should not be dismantled; in case of leakage, tighten the screw plug or replace with a new seal ring.


 . Resolution to common faults

  1. Grease feeder does not work.
       Check if there is pressure grease delivered in the grease supply pipeline or not; if grease unloading pipeline is unblocked or not; if grease supply pipeline is pressed flat; if impurities enter grease feeder. Resolve them after the reason is found out and removed.

  2. Leakage at the indicating rod of restrictor.
       Dismantle the restrictor body, and check if seal ring has been used for a too long time or it is used in an higher environmental temperature than specified or not. Replace seal ring after the reason is found out.


 . Ordering instruction

  1. If grease feeder is to be used in an environmental temperature higher than 80 °C, please specify it in the ordering contract so that high temperature resistant seal ring will be provided.

  2. In the case that the corresponding outlets of type SSPQ (DW) distributor should be united, please mark SSPQ1 or SW-※※H following SSPQ when ordering and omit H if not united.
