 image002.jpgKJ, KM and KL series single line progressive distributor applies to single line concentrated  lubricating system with densely distributed lubricating points, different volume of grease consumption and frequent grease feeding which forms a multi-level distributing system in order to realize area division control for lubrication.
 KJ, KM and KL series single line progressive distributor are composed of the supply part made of medium carbon alloy structural steel, end part, and 3-8 pieces intermediates for the grease feeding volume and the number of grease outlets as determined based on design. The general outlet of distributor is located on the two sides of distributor, on which there is a preparative outlet. There is a check valve installed in the grease outlet of each intermediate which can thoroughly avoid the adverse current of lubricating grease produced by the resistance act of lubricating points, thus ensuring quantitative and accurate grease feeding volume at each grease outlet.

Use grease with minimum cone penetration 265(25℃,150g) 1/10mm or lubricating oil with minimum viscosity grade. Working environment temperature is -10~80℃.

 

 . Descriptions of model

blob.png  Instruction of outlet marks:
 T: basic standard type with two outlets, greases comes from the two sides of the intermediate.
 S: only one outlet (two outlets of type T are connected); the grease volume is twice that of type T; grease comes from either the left side or the right side.
 LC: no left outlet; seen from the direction of grease feeding, grease volume is united by that at the left outlet and that at the neighboring next outlet.
 RC: no right outlet; seen from the direction of grease feeding, grease volume is united by that at the right outlet and that at the neighboring next outlet.
 2C: no outlet; grease volume is united by that at both the left and right outlets and that at the neighboring next outlet.

 . Overpressure indicator 

 It is installed on the preparatory outlet of distributor. When lubricating points or pipeline is plugged and pressure increases to be higher than the set value, the external of indicator extends slightly. By watching the failure signal sent by the system and checking whether the indicator extends or not, the s plugged can be directly found out.

 . Overflow indicator
 It is installed on the preparatory outlets of each distributor where the environment is severe and it is easy to be plugged. When lubricating points or pipeline is plugged and pressure increases abnormally to be higher than the set value, the grease supplied by the plugged points of distributor overflows from the overflow mouth. After checking, the overflow point is the plugged failure point.
 It is only suitable for the working environment of continuous working and of not influencing the working of other distributors.
