Ⅰ . Overview
Type 24EJF-P (originally type SA-V) 2-position 4-way reversing valve is an integrated reversing control unit of which valve piston moves driven by DC motor to open and close grease supply line or reverse the direction of grease supply; even if in severe working condition (such as low temperature or high viscosity grease), it is still quite reliable.
The valve applies to the grease or oil centralized lubricating system under PN 40Mpa and the main and branch line of hydraulic system which at the meanwhile can be used in the three forms including 2-position 4-way, 2-position 3-way and 2-position 2-way.

Use grease with minimum cone penetration 220(25℃，150g) 1/10mm (NLGI0#~3#) or lubricating oil with minimum viscosity grade N68. Working environment temperature is -20~80℃.

Ⅳ . Working principle
This valve is composed of DC motor, limit switch, reversing valve, rectifier transformer and other components which are installed on the same baseboard and put within the protective cover shell.
The electric control box in the system sends out a reversing signal (sent out by the differential pressure switch on the system end) to make DC motor start rotary movement, and drive valve piston to do straight line round movement through eccentric gear. When the valve piston arrives at the required reversing position from the home position, the baffle on the end of valve piston touches the limit switch to send an electric signal to the electric control box, ordering DC motor to stop rotation, therefore for the purpose of reversing process.
Ⅴ . Use instruction
This valve should be installed on the front end of the controlled main and branch line of the system and the area where it is well-ventilated, dry for the convenience of inspection and there is no moving mechanism around.
When in the use as 2-position 2-way, the grease outlet “B” and returning port should be plugged.
When in the use as 2-position 3-way, the grease outlet “B” should be plugged.
Electrically controlled wiring should be connected in accordance with the principle provided in the schematic diagram above.
Ⅵ . Common faults and troubleshooting
The reversing valve does not reverse.
Maybe because no reversing signal is input into motor; the weld of weld drops; the motor shaft and eccentric gear are loose and not tightened; impurity substance gets in the valve chamber; sliding piston blocks and so on. Remove the faults after finding out the reason.
Grease leakage on the two ends of sliding piston.
Mainly caused by the damage of sealing ring on two ends, maybe it is because the sealing ring has a long time of stock or has the sign of aging for long time of use. It is suggested to replace sealing ring.
