.  Working principle
The valve body of  pressure control valve and travel switch are installed on a bottom plate.  Lubricating grease enters the left (right) chamber of valve body from main  pipelines for the acting force of pressure, and then right (left) chamber  unloads. Once the pressure difference of the two main pipelines achieves  3.5~4.5MPa, piston moves rightward (leftward) after overcoming the spring  force, making the contact of travel switch close and sending a signal to  control the solenoid valve to reverse. Vice versa, adverse moving completes a  cycle of working.

.  Use instruction
1.    Pressure control valve should be installed  in the place where it is well-ventilated, dry and convenient for observing, as  well as there is no moving mechanism around to interfere.
2.    Pressure control valve should be installed  on the end of the two main grease supply pipelines.
3.    A grease feeder should be mounted behind of  pressure control valve for the purpose of updating the lubricating grease in  the valve.
