 DRB-L series motor driven lubricating pump  applies to the dual line grease concentrated lubricating  system with more lubricating points, a broad  range of distribution and high frequency of grease feeding. It supplies and  delivers lubricating grease to each lubricating point through a dual line  distributor, which can meet the needs of various machinery equipment and is  especially suitable for large-sized units and production lines.
 This series motor driven lubricating pump can  constitute dual line ring-shape concentrated lubricating system, i.e. the main  pipelines of the system are distributed in the shape of ring. The hydraulic  reversal valve is controlled by the system pressure at the end of the main  pipelines of the returned lubricating pump, making the two main pipelines  supply and deliver lubricating grease alternatively. See the provisions in the  External Appearance Drawing and Dimension Table. It can also constitute dual  line terminal type concentrated lubricating system, i.e. the electromagnetic  reversal valve is controlled by the pressure control valve at the end of the  main pipelines of the returned lubricating pump, making the two main pipelines  supply and deliver lubricating grease alternatively. See the provisions in the  External Appearance Drawing and Dimension Table.
 This series motor driven lubricating pump is  equipped with double-piston mechanism which is reliable in running. The speed  reduction mechanism is located in the pump body with a compact structure and a  small area which may realize automated control when being matched with an  electric control cabinet.

. Working principle
This series motor driven lubricating pump is composed of piston pump, grease conservator, reversal valve, motor and so on. Driven by the motor, piston pump absorbs grease from the conservator, feeds to reversal valve and alternatively delivers grease from two grease outlets through the reversal valve. When lubricating grease is delivered from a grease outlet, the other grease outlet is connected to the conservator for unloading.
Ring-shape motor driven lubricating pump is equipped with hydraulic reversal valve with four interfaces. Two main grease supply pipelines are externally connected by which a grease returning pipeline is led. It relies on the pressure of grease in the grease returning pipeline to push reversing of reversal valve.
Terminal type motor driven lubricating pump is equipped with hydraulic reversal valve with two interfaces. Two main grease supply pipelines are externally connected. Reversing grease supply is achieved based on the power on and power off of electromagnet.

. Use  instruction

  1. This series motor driven lubricating pump  should be installed in the environment with appropriate temperature, less dust  and little vibration for the convenience of adjustment, inspection, repair  & maintenance and grease supplementing. And it is suggested to allocate it  in the central part of the system, shorten the piping length of the system and  maintain the lowest pressure decrease, thus enabling the pump to produce the  pressure to overcome lubricating point resistance.

  2. Add N220 industrial gear oil to the speed  reduction chamber of piston pump till the liquid level specified on the grease  indicator before use.

  3. Supplementing grease into grease conservator  must be done by using DJB-V70 electric grease filling pump from the grease  inlet of the lubricating pump.  The  grease used should be clean without impurities.

  4. The reversal of lubricating pump is  unidirectional. Connect the lines in accordance with the rotation direction  specified on the motor in use.

  5. The standard set pressure of pump overflow  valve is 23Mpa which can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0~20Mpa.  It is not allowed to exceed 15% of the PN of pump in use.

  6. The set pressure of hydraulic reversal valve of  ring-shape lubricating pump is 5Mpa.

  7. This series motor driven lubricating pump  should be used in indoor environment. Protection measures must be taken if used  outdoor or in a severe environment.
