 This product is suitable for oil cycling lubricating system. Its working medium is turbine oil, No. 20~25 mechanical oil and steel rolling mill oil. The sporting viscosity grade is N22~N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22-460).
 The PN of lubricating oil station is 0.63MPa;  filtering accuracy is 0.08mm~0.12mm; temperature of cooling water ≤28°C; pressure of cooling water is 0.2~0.3MPa; feeding temperature of nger is 50°C ; the temperature decrease is 50°C; Vapor pressure at vapor heating is 0.2-0.4MPa.
 

 . Working principle
 The oil liquid discharged by oil pump is directly delivered to each lubricating point of device through one-way valve, double-cylinder netting filter and tube-type oil cooler. The highest supply pressure of lubricating oil station is 0.4MPa, and the lowest is 0.1MPa. Determine the pressure to use by adjusting the safety valve according to the requirements of lubricating points. When the working pressure exceeds the set pressure value of safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open, and the redundant oil liquid will flow back to oil tank. In normal running, one oil pump works and another is at standby. In the case that the oil consumption of device is required to be increased, the system pressure will decrease. When system pressure decreases to the set value, the standby pump will automatically start by adjusting the pressure regulator and work together with the working pump. The standby pump will automatically stop until the pressure returns to be normal. When system pressure decreases continuously and is lower than another set value, fault alarming signal will be sent by adjusting another pressure controller.
 A group of filtering elements of double-cylinder netting filter work and another group is at standby. There is a pressure difference signal sender at the inlet and outlet. When pressure difference is larger than 0.15MPa (≥250L/min, and 0.15~0.1MPa for lubricating oil station), the standby group of filtering elements will work by manual switching. Take out the original working filtering elements and wash or replace the filter.
 There is a pressure type electric contact gauge at the outlet of unit. The max and min limit values are set according to the requirements of oil temperature. When at low temperature, the signal light is on, and heater is turned on manually for heating. When oil temperature increases to the highest point, the heater will be cut off automatically and stop heating. When oil temperature is high, alarming will be sent and the cooler will be turned on.
 Lubricating oil station ≥250L/min. Lubricating oil in oil tank is heated by vapor. There is an additional instrument on the instrument board for detecting the pressure difference of water inlet and outlet pipelines of cooler. It key components are additionally installed on the base; while for lubricating oil station ≤250L/min, it’s all components are installed on the oil tank with an overall structure.
 

Ⅲ . Structural features
 a) Standby oil pump is equipped to ensure continuous oil supply to each lubricating point.
 b) Cooler is place in front of the filter to improve the capability of filtering and passing; it is more suitable for the lubricating medium with relatively higher viscosity.
 c) Double cylinder filter is employed so that filtering elements can be washed and replaced in the case of no stop.
 d) Tube-type oil cooler is employed which has good performance of cooling with low resistance and is convenient for repair.
 e) Magnetic screen filtering is employed at oil returning which can absorb and clear the iron particles in oil liquid so as to ensure the cleanness of oil liquid and extend the life of lubricating parts.
 f) Instrument board and electric control cabinet are equipped for observing the running parameters conveniently which may realize automated control and failure alarming.

 . Ordering instruction

  1. Examples of ordering marks:

If ordering the above JB/ZQ/T4147-91 standard lubricating oil station, it is needed to do the following marks:
 For example: to order nominal flow rate 125L/min lubricating oil station, mark:
 XYZ-125G lubricating oil station (JB/ZQ/T4147-91)
 To order nominal flow rate 400L/min lubricating oil station without cooler
 XYZ-400A lubricating oil station (JB/ZQ/T4147-91)
 Note: “A” substituting “G” means lubricating oil station without cooler

  1. If plate type cooler is required to be used for heat exchanger, it is needed to specify it in the ordering contract so that the external appearance diagram and base dimension will be altered correspondingly.

  2. If standard lubricating oil station is supplied in sets, electric control cabinet and instrument board will be equipped. If electric control cabinet and instrument board are not needed, please specify it in the ordering contract; if PLC control is needed, please also specify it in the ordering contract and the price will be negotiated otherwise based on requirements.

  3. Lubricating oil model number, viscosity and filtering accuracy of lubricating oil station should also be specified. It is needed to specify if filtering accuracy is required to be higher than 0.08mm or any requirements on the material of filtering elements, and the price will change correspondingly.

  4. If there is any special requirements on lubricating oil station, non-standard unit should be ordered and the price will be determined after negotiations.
